However, this is a very busy area with taller, less Parisian style buildings. The apartment is tucked away on a small and very cute street, so there was no problem with noise.

The living room was great and the rooms were small but cozy. I would caution, there was only one toilet in the apartment, which is not so comfortable when you are sharing the flat with two couples.

Although its a bustling, busy location, as soon as you have passed through the doors it really does become so calm, relaxing and tranquil.
Just a quick note that there are some stairs with a twist to negotiate, which may cause issues if you have mobility problems - however it does state that its a loft space, in which you can probably expect this!
We would definitely consider this property again when visiting Paris.

Even though the area is busy, it feels safe. The apartment itself is tucked inside a courtyard, which keeps it quiet and well-insulted from the lively surroundings. Inside, the layout is convenient, with two showers (next to each bedroom) and a single toilet. A special highlight is the bedroom at the top of the stairs—l - it has a dreamy vibe with its glass ceiling, making it a cozy and unique space to wake up in.

Our host was fantastic - very communicative and proactive. They made sure everything was smooth for our stay and even offered the option to leave our luggage before check-in, which was super helpful.

Overall, a great place to stay - highly recommend!

You need to run the AC and leave the bedroom doors open for the bedrooms to cool down.

The location is great with tons of restaurants within walking distance. Small park with playground around the corner, pharmacy next door, Metro and train station right across the street. Truly amazing location.
