Le fait de pouvoir déposer ses bagages avant l'entrée dans le logement est vraiment appréciable, surtout lorsque l'on vient en train.

The courtyard was... read more very charming and felt like a quiet escape from the city. One note- there’s one large AC unit on the first floor. We visited in August when it was a little warm. You need to run the AC and leave the bedroom doors open for the bedrooms to cool down.

The location is great with tons of restaurants within walking distance. Small park with playground around the corner, pharmacy next door, Metro and train station right across the street. Truly amazing location.

Le logement a été rénové, c’est moderne et pratique. Seul bémol, comme nous étions 4 adultes, il y a uniquement une toilette. Comme l’annonce indique 2 salles de bain complètes , nous avons été un peu surpris.

  We loved our one week stay in Paris in the Montparnasse neighborhood. The location is excellent.

Cons: only one toilet. If you are staying in the upstairs bedroom you have to comedown to use. (This is in the description.) The front door is tricky to open. Make sure to watch the video in the instructions.

The Eiffel Tower is only about a mile and a half away, I did a lot of walking to several sites. The apartment itself is very clean and quiet. Everything that you need is provided. If I stayed in Paris, I would book this apartment again in a heartbeat. The hosts are very nice, and responded immediately when I had a question. I highly recommend booking this apartment.
