  Beautiful, quiet apartment in Pairs with everything you need close by!

  Hands down the most spacious apartment we’ve stayed in Europe, which was great with 2 young children (3 & 6)! The apartment is fantastic and very clean. The courtyard was... read more very charming and felt like a quiet escape from the city. One note- there’s one large AC unit on the first floor. We visited in August when it was a little warm. You need to run the AC and leave the bedroom doors open for the bedrooms to cool down.

The location is great with tons of restaurants within walking distance. Small park with playground around the corner, pharmacy next door, Metro and train station right across the street. Truly amazing location.

  Todo muy limpio y organizado! Buena zona y pasan muchos taxis por si deseas agarrar uno. Una zona tranquila pero a la vez transitada. La llegada al apartamento es rápida... read more y sencilla, Alessandra y Louis nos dijeron las instrucciones y todo fue al pie de la letra, cuando llegamos muy limpio y cómodo todo! Lo único que es solo hay un inodoro y la puerta está dañada así que aveces era incómodo con las demás personas que estaban también. Lo recomiendo y si vuelvo a Paris no duraría en quedarme de nuevo

  We loved our one week stay in Paris in the Montparnasse neighborhood. The location is excellent.
Pros: Location, right across the street from the metro. Cozy apartment with everything... read more you need. Hosts always communicated quickly to any questions.
Cons: only one toilet. If you are staying in the upstairs bedroom you have to comedown to use. (This is in the description.) The front door is tricky to open. Make sure to watch the video in the instructions.

Thanks to... read more the great instructions we accessed the apartment easily through the lovely courtyard, and the apartment is very quiet and safe – you seem completely removed from the busy-ness of Parisian life outside. The apartment is well appointed and totally comfortable. The air conditioning was much appreciated – a great relief from the Paris heat. The building is close to Gare Montparnasse, with really quick and easy access to the metro. Just along Avenue du Maine is a Lidl supermarket so picking up daily essentials was super simple. There are dozens of wonderful shops, cafes and restaurants in the immediate neighbourhood, and it is an easy walk to St Germain's fabulous shopping area. We couldn’t fault Alessandra and Louis’ apartment and would gladly re-book it, and we highly recommend it to any party of two to four people.
